To improve business results, organisations have to ensure that business and performance objectives are well aligned and systematically developed, and that managers communicate effectively what are expected of their team members.

To review past performance and results, managers need to "look backwards". Today, more proactive managers are also "looking forward" to identify the strengths and areas of development of their team members, and help significantly improve their performance.

This workshop is intended to cover the process of changing mindsets towards a performance-based goal-cascading process, establishing goals, assessing employees and implementing the annual performance appraisal process.

At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • optimise the alignment process in linking business objectives to individual objectives.
  • effectively apply a typical performance appraisal form.

  • effectively provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
